Internet access Internet service providers, like Optimum and Comcast, are giving cheap/free internet to underserved communities. The routers that the internet service providers are giving the communities are not suitable. These routers are poorly manufactured, neither are they sustainable. So, for Routers For All, the idea is to provide good routers for members of underserved communities, or to give people an amazon link to buy a router at their price point. For the people who make less than 30,000 a year will be eligible for a free router. Built by my nonprofit with a raspberry pi computer and openwrt interface good enough for an underserved household and they are amazing quality. The build cost of each free router. Is $131.77 each. So, please donate so, we can continue to make more free routers available for underserved communities/households that can’t afford them. That is the un goal reliable internet access for all.
